On Friday evening, (8:00pm ET/PT, 7:00pm CT) September 5, 2008, ABC, CBS, and NBC will donate one hour of commercial-free, primetime television for a history-making interactive, educational and entertaining special, uniting the nation as we Stand Up To Cancer with appearances and performances by dozens of celebrities and national figures all dedicated to this important cause. Friends of Cancer Research is proud to support Stand Up to Cancer and Friends board members Sherry Lansing and Dr. Margaret Foti who have played important roles in the making of this historic event.
