At a town hall hosted by Friends of Cancer Research (Friends), Georgetown-Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Lombardi's Capital Breast Care Center, leaders from academia, advocacy, industry and the federal government explored current research and policy initiatives on breast cancer health disparities.
The conference, held September 26 at the Hotel Palomar in Washington DC, convened key stakeholders to address critical questions regarding the future of clinical cancer research.
On July 2, Friends of CancerResearch and the University of Louisville James Graham Brown Cancer Center presented a town hall symposium titled "Discovery to Delivery" to a crowded auditorium of attendees to discuss the future of cancer research.
